Privacy
What we collect
Only what you type into our form: your name, work email, company, role, the size of your team, when you want to start, an optional phone number, and your description of what you want built. We also record which page referred you and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
We do not store your IP address. We store a one-way hash of it, which lets us stop abuse without keeping something that identifies you.
Why we collect it
To send you the product book you asked for, to work out whether what you need is something we actually do, and — if it is — to follow up about arranging a call. That is the whole list.
Everyone who fills in the form receives the product book. Some people also receive a short follow-up sequence. Every one of those messages carries a working unsubscribe link, one click, no confirmation step and no login. Unsubscribing stops everything immediately and permanently — if you later fill the form in again, we will still not email you until you tell us otherwise.
Text messages
We only send text messages if you gave us a phone number and separately ticked the SMS consent box. Consent to texts is never a condition of anything else. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Who else sees it
Our email delivery provider, and the cloud infrastructure we run on. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build a profile of you anywhere else.
We do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this site.
Your choices
Email hello@nashville-intelligence.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, and we will not make you justify the request.
